I now have a double room available. Recently fresh decorated. I am a live in landladyand would like to share my house. Wi fi is available. you can have use of my fully fitted kitchen with washer dryer fridge freezer and dishwasher. Bathroom has bath with shower over Bills are included in the £400 per month. My home is situated in Rishton close to M65 motorway giving easy access to Preston Burnley and link to further afield. Near to bus stop and train station so good area to travel to and from . I am an easy going landlady as long as you respect the noise level no over loud music and keep both my house kitchen and the room you are renting clean and tidy. Please be prepared to do your own shopping cooking washing and ironing as i do not participate in those jobs. The room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers but tele not provided If you are interested in viewing the room please get in touch . I have 2 cats which roam around. so you must be able to tolerate animals. I would like you to have a full time job and be able to pay your rent on time at the begining of the month in advance and to be able to provide references
