Full House To Rent Newly Renovated

Moving to London for work and looking for someone to rent the house.

Fully furnished including TV, cutlery & crockery, furniture and pretty much everything you'll need.

Bills are included with the exception of gas and electric as this will depend on how much you use. Works out at about £60-65 a month for me.

Ground rent
Gardener.

The catch, the loft will still house a few of my bits - clothes, keepsakes etc. and I'll be able to stay the odd weekend every 6 weeks or so when I come back to town to see family and friends. I won't really be around.

It's a two bedroom town house in Cutgate. Great quiet location with on street parking and lovely neighbours.

I'm a 35 for year old professional that works away but is looking for someone who will treat the house as their own.
