House share in a large house- students welcome..

Double bedroom

One furnished double room available. Currently there is a young female and 2 males taking up 3 of the rooms and they are looking for a friendly male or female to help share the rent and bills... must like animals as there are 2 dogs at the property.

There is a large drive, and garage for storage, plus large metal shed, a newly fitted log burner is in the living room. A conservatory, there is a large rear garden which is partly decked. There is a washing machine, large American fridge freezer, dishwasher and each room is fitted for sky, please note if you require multi room in the bedroom there is an additional charge of £10 per month. There is wifi throughout the house.

The double room is available for £85 per week. If a couple choose to take the double room then this will be £120 per week. There is a double bed, wardrobe and set of drawers provided.

Students are welcome but will need to pay in advance of each term. Short distance to Edge Hill.

Must like pets as there are 2 friendly dogs at the property
