A bright sunny room with a large window in the east comes furnished with a single storage bed, a chest of drawers, a small table, and a comfy chair plus a table and chair for a computer.. There is built in hanging space for clothing. It’s big enough for a double bed, which you can provide yourself if you want.

It’s located in a quiet neighborhood about a one minute walk to a small shopping area. A good sized mall and grocery stores are a 20-minute walk or a five-minute drive away. There is a bus at the bottom of the street. Ormskirk is about 20 minutes away, Wigan about 15 minutes away by car and is also accessible by bus. Liverpool and Manchester are about 40 minutes away by car. There’s also a train to Liverpool which can be caught in Ormskirk and one to Manchester which can be caught in Parbold.

While there is no dedicated parking, there is ample free paking in a parking lot.

The shared bath is across from the room and there is a powder room downstairs. We’ll be happy to share the kitchen with you where there is a small refrigerator for your use exclusively and a cabinet for you to keep your food and etc. You’ll be welcome to use our pots and pans and dishes. We ask that you clean up after yourself when you use the kitchen. There is also a living room that we'll be happy to share with you.

The room is done in a crisp red and white, but you, of course, will bring your own bedding and towels etc. And of course, can use any colors you like

There is a terraced container garden in the back and the room looks down on it. If you like to garden you'd be very welcome to use it.

There rent which is £250 a month and includes all the bills plus WiFi. We also have Netflix. We are asking first and last month’s rent initially. And need a moth's notice when you want to leave. We are asking for a minimum stay of six months.

We don’t ask much of a roommate, just to pay your rent on time and keep the place relatively tidy and not to live too raucous a lifestyle, a little raucous is okay though. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. Thank you!
