Our stunning penthouse flat sits pride of place in a converted Cotton Mill, on the banks of the Rochdale canal, surrounded on all sides by countryside views.

We have available a Queen size double room with ensuite bathroom and double balcony, situated on the lower floor of the two-storey apartment – with full use of the open plan kitchen/dining room/ lounge space, the upper floor balcony, and plenty of desk space in the separate office/study for anyone who requires working from home space. There is also a very large entry hall with room to store a bike if you are a keen cyclist.

The Mill building has its own gated carpark, although it is a short and pleasant walk along the canal to get into town (and to the train station) – and the bus stops are situated directly at the end of the road so it’s a great space to get about from.
