House is located in springfield: 5 minutes walk from bus and train station, 15 minute walk from Robin Retail Park.

3 bed house with 2 people living in it already, both working full time in retail, We are looking for 3rd housemate. its a single bedroom (with single bed ,75cm) thats available. Must be working (full time employed, NO students, NO home ofice work, sorry), Friendly , respectful, tidy people, we share the kitchen and bathroom.

Looking for ONE housemate, someone to get along with and share our 3beds house.
It's a single room available to rent in Springfield, Wigan. (No couples, No smoker, No pets, fish is not a problem tho 👍)

We want to keep same age group as it already is in the house , be in your 20's and 30's (40+ wont suits us, appologies) you must come see the house prrior to moving in, long distance arrangement of accepting someone to move in without viewing the house are out of option.

Our interest: xbox, football, gym n food, podcasts, positive energy, spotify.. it doesnt matter if we share the same interest, or not. It was just to give you an idea about your future housemates.

PS: we are not looking for someone to just rent a room, pay the bills n that's it.
We rather browse this worlwideweb internet magic thing -> to find a housemate, who will share our little_house_wigan with us(house is Bizzare but Cosy, full of good energy⚡💫)

-Small backyard to sit outside if you wish
