The house is an exceptionally large Victorian terrace on Ormskirk Road and is decorated to a high standard. There is a communal TV room, 2 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen (with plenty of cupboard and fridge/freezer space and dishwasher) and a nice garden/patio area.

This is a comfortable, secure, pleasant, houseshare and is ideally placed for access to local amenities and is on the bus route into the centre of Wigan and to the train station (10 mins).

The house is very close to the M6/M58 junction, making it very easy to commute to all areas in the North West if you are driving.
