This is a good location in Wigan, with lots of free parking in the area and shops on the other side of the street, less than 100 yards away.

It is 0.8 miles (18 minute walking) from Royal Albert Infirmary, 1.1 miles (22 minute walking) from the train and bus stations in Wigan, but we have a bus stop just outside so wherever you want to go you can take the bus.

The house is spread over 2 floors with a fitted kitchen that contain a large American fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, hood and extractor, toaster, kettle, washing machine and a dryer... In other words everything you need for your busy life!!

All rooms has en-suite bathrooms, WiFi Broadband, TV connection, heating, electricity, water and all fixed bills included in the rental price, so you do not need to worry about anything!

We take NO application fee, but require £250 in deposit.
