The house is also perfect base for commuters as the Central Bus Station and Wigan central railway stations are on the doorstep. There are direct trains to Manchester and Liverpool and both takes only 40 minutes.

The house is close to the M6, M58, M61 motorways, making it very easy to commute to all areas in the North West if you are driving. On street parking is available, permit is required which is only £17.50 per year.

We are experienced, approachable landlords who are committed to provide quality accommodation to our tenants. We would prefer full-time employed, reliable individuals. We carry out reference checks.
