House is centrally heated and has all amenities, including good audio and visual entertainment (TV, surround sound, separate hi fi, broadband etc). Well furnished throughout - with shared sitting room, dining room, conservatory, garden. Very well equipped kitchen. Live in owner has own en suite so family bathroom is virtually free for lodger(s).

Owner is used to sharing accommodation - previous but one lodger had intention of renting double room for 6 months but she stayed 2 years.

I am a professional, friendly male who worked in social care. I'm out a lot but enjoy cooking, wine, reading, music; film and theatre; going occasionally to the pub, watching rugby and other sports, eating out, travel.....

Looking for a person who is responsible, easy going and relaxed, who can hold a decent conversation. I am quite sociable and have friends of all ages.. I have shared accommodation more often than not right back to university days. The prospective lodger can expect to be left in peace completely or if new to area shown local amenities and places to eat/drink etc.

I am out quite a bit so there will be time and space for anyone interested.

House is situated in quiet cul de sac, close to all amenities. Close to (walking distance) village shops inc' small supermarket, post office, GP, pharmacy, takeaways, 5 pubs. Good transport connections by bus to Loughborough (2 miles) and Leicester, as well as train station to local towns and Notts.
