I have one double bed room(move in ready) to rent in my home.
It’s a quite area in a friendly neighbourhood with plenty of street parking, so if you have a car you can typically find parking right in front, if not the bus stop is just a few steps away.

Walking distance to Co-op, Asda and fast food spots.

The room carpeted, lots of natural light and has basic furniture, such as a double bed (I can provide brand new bedding if need be), desk and walk in wardrobe however, I’m happy to arrange anything else based on your request.

You will have access to the common areas of the home, kitchen and dining rooms, back garden and everything in it along with WiFi.

It has to be a non smoker who is not too noisy and who will keep things clean and tidy. Someone who will respect my home and people in it. Working professional and preferably a lady.
