Double room, NEW carpet & curtains, part furnished in blaby.
I have a double bed frame (no mattress) hanging rack with shelves and a bedside table.
Me and the current housemate both work, laid back, clean&tidy, respect personal space but fairly often go for walks or watch a movie/documentary together. I like exercise, healthy eating and my current housemate likes djing and mountain biking.
This house wouldn’t really suit someone who has a lot of bathroom or kitchen items - however the bedroom is a very decent size and I have a dining room with dining table and we also use this room for storing coats, shoes and drying washing. I also have a separate toilet and like the house to be warm and cosy in winter.
The house is in a quiet cul de sac location with lovely forest and field walks on the doorstep.
I also have a cat - Jeff, he’s solely my responsibility but is there for cuddles for all housemates.
Looking for another housemate with similar interests/calm living/respect personal space.
