I'm a live in landlord but I'm laid back and want any Tennant to feel relaxed in the space, as long as they're respectful of it.

The room is ideal for someone who needs to commute around the Leicester, Loughborough or Nottingham area, but wants to live somewhere quieter than the city. The house is about 5-10 minutes from Bradgate park, some beautiful countryside and is in a quiet friendly area.

I'm open to short-term lets for Individuals or couples, but would need to discuss costs based on use and length of stay.
