The spare bedroom is a single room at the back of the house and has a large storage cupboard. There is a front sitting room, with TV, hifi and wifi, a dining room and a well equipped galley kitchen.
It has recently undergone some improvements, including roof repairs, wall-insulation and a new bathroom.
My ideal flatmate would share my love of science fiction, and enjoy healthy vegetarian/pescetarian cooking. I do not drink alcohol.
There is no on-street parking. There is space in the front /back garden for a bike or small motorcycle.
