You will receive a warm welcome in my home. Currently I am a live in landlord looking for a new person to occupy my front bedroom, which was vacated in July and has since been freshly cleaned and decorated.

The room is clean, tidy with lots of storage space having built in wardrobes with sliding doors. Lots of sockets to charge and use devices on with super fast bt broadband. Bedlinen provided but you can use your own if you prefer.

Due to the coming large increase in energy bills I reluctantly have to ask for an additional amount of £15 per week, which will cover gas and electricity combined.. Would prefer a standing order type of arrangement due to countless problems in the past with cash payments being missed. My home is in council tax band c.

I live in a detached home with a large garden full of flowers and shrubs, which you can sit in and share. Some storage available in the garage, two washing lines to hang clothes. There is a tumble dryer for hard to dry items in the winter.

The driveway is large enough for several vehicles to park. There is a shared bathroom/toilet with a shower bath and a second toilet/wash basin downstairs.

Shared kitchen with enough allocated cupboard space for each person who lives here. Large fridge freezer, with separate shelf space for each person, plus second freezer in the garage, also a microwave, George Foreman grill and toaster, washing machine and electric cooker/grill.

There is a local bus service, bus stop 2 minutes walk away into either Leicester or Coalville. Easy access to Ashby and Loughborough, close to motorway links with the M1, M42 for commuting. Fields at the rear for walking, easily accessible from a marked footpath.

House rules are few but involve basic rules of respect, keeping the bathroom and toilet clean for the next person, likewise keeping the kitchen clean and tidy, changing bed linen every two weeks and last but not least respecting others privacy and need for quiet time after work.
