The accommodation is a large double bedroom, furnished with a king size bed, wardrobe, draws and a sofa. If you want to use your own furniture that is no problem. The en-suite has a large walk-in shower, sink with illuminated mirror with shaving socket and toilet.
There is an open plan living/kitchen/dining area and plenty of off street parking.
Location is ideal for commuting to places such as Lutterworth, Rugby, Hinckley and Leicester. We are 5 miles from M1 Junction 20 and about 10/15 mintues from Fosse Park and M1 Juntion 21 area.
We have two small west highland terriers so you must like dogs. The dogs come to work with me so they are not around all the time.
We have Aldi, Morrisons and a Co-Op about 5 minutes drive away and theres Tesco, Asda and Sainsburys about 10 minute drive away so lots of choice for food shopping.
We are looking for a clean, tidy and respectable person.
