Double room in quaint village close to city
Double room available for rent in Cossington, which is a perfect location for commuting to Leicester, Loughborough, Melton or Nottingham.
I am a live in landlord but will very rarely be in the house (probably a few days per month) so you would basically have the house to yourself at all times.
I am a 37 year old professional male. I do have a small dog which would be with me on the odd occasion I actually stay at home!
Cossington is around 5 miles from Leicester and Loughborough City Centres, but either is a 20 min bus ride/30 min bike commute. If you like the countryside there are lots of nice walks here and an old fashioned pub that does nice food. If you drive, parking is never a problem. It is a nice picturesque little village but benefits from fantastic transport links and has many local amenities in neighbouring towns. If you're into running or cycling there are some brilliant places to explore.
Rent is £500 pcm including all bills, internet and Sky TV. You can also use my Netflix account. There is a large fridge/freezer and 2x pantries where you can store food etc. Couples welcome but the rent would be £600 pcm (£300 each).
The bedroom can be unfurnished, part or fully furnished. Your call. The carpet in the room is new but doesn't photograph very well because its deep pile.
The house has a garage and outbuildings if you need to store a bike.
