Double room available in lovely house

Hello,

I currently have a bright double room available in a lovely house in Croft, LE9. The rent is £600pcm all bills included.

The house is a 3 bed (where one is used as a home office) with 2 reception rooms, 1 shower room, a downstairs wc and a large kitchen with a gas hob oven, washer dryer and dishwasher. There is also a small garden and on street parking.

Croft is a small quiet village near Narborough, with a local shop and an hourly bus that connects Leicester and rugby.
Village is 15 mins drive away from fosse park and 10 mins drive away from Broughton Astley, where you can find an Aldi and gym.
The street the house is on is a quiet cul-du-sac near some nice nature walks.

A bit about myself! I moved to the midlands a year ago for work. I work Monday- Friday 9-5 at a design agency near Lutterworth. The house is also occupied by a very loving 9 year old cat called Melvyn, so any prospective tenants have to be ok with cats.

I’m friendly, clean, considerate and relaxed/quiet, so am looking for someone similar to join me and hopefully get on well with :). I enjoy art, crafts, music and getting out either for little days out or nature adventures.
