I’m looking for a respectful professional tenant, to occupy a fully furnished, spacious double room in my home. The room features a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, and two bedside cabinets, so lots of storage. There is also smart TV for those Netflix fans.
One room one person - so no overnight guests.
The house is relatively quiet, and always clean and tidy so would prefer someone who is like minded.
There village is peaceful but well connected.
