You'll be sharing with me and my 3 well behaved older cats, in our clean, tidy, comfortable home. I work at home some of the time and stay away usually once a week, in the week and some weekends.

Monday - Friday rental (will also consider 7 days for a short/medium-term stay). This will suit a professional person who is out at work and needs accommodation during the week.

You'll get a great nights sleep every night in this room. Situated at the back of the house, with a luxury bed. It's peaceful, warm and comfy.

Your separate private bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet and sink.

If you like to be outside, there's a very large patio in the garden and plenty of comfortable seating at the back of the house, which is south facing so gets lots of sunshine.

The shared kitchen and dining area along with the washing facilities include dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, fridge and freezer space.

There's parking available on the driveway and plenty of space outside the house too.

The rent is inclusive of room/bathroom, parking, wifi and all bills based on the expected average use of utilities.

It's a quiet location with good connections to all main towns and cities by road, public transport and rail. Easy access to A47, A5, M1 and M69 motorways, local and mainline train stations. Close to Leicester, Nuneaton and Hinckley.

Within walking distance of local amenities including doctors, dentist, post office, supermarket, pubs and restaurants.
