We have a room for rent a 5 minute walk from Hinckley train station (18 mins to Leic and 37 to Birmingham!). It is also super close to the town centre.
The room available is a double.
I'm a 29 year old professional female, my partner is 32 and he works away Monday to Thursday.
We have a spaniel called Rolo so the tenant will need to be comfortable with dogs but otherwise we are fairly flexible.
