We have a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area, separate lounge, toilet and utility area downstairs. Upstairs 3 bedrooms and the main bathroom. We also have a loft space which can be used for storage. Outside we have a decent sized garden and shed which can also be used for storage, but is not secure.
We are a married couple, both work full time and lead fairly busy lives. We share our home with our dogs, and enjoy spending time with them outdoors. Our routine is early starts, we have both usually left for work by 7am Monday to Friday. We would expect a lodger to be clean and tidy, and be respectful of our home, our belongings and our personal space. Must be happy with the company of dogs!
