I have recently decorated a double bedroom on the top floor of my characterful Georgian home. I am offering to rent this private bedroom along with a private adjoining bathroom. Shared use of my kitchen if required.

Easy to self isolate if needed as lodger can use separate front entrance which is adjacent to the stairs. The bedroom is on the 3rd third floor of the house and away from other rooms.

The house is in a sought after village close to Melton Mowbray. Easy commuting distance to Leicester, Nottingham, Oakham, Loughbough, East Midlands Airport.

My house is in the heart of the village, enjoying beautiful views over rolling countryside.

* Can be supplied furnished or unfurnished depending on requirements.
* The bedroom has a double bed and a built in wardrobe.
* The large private bathroom has a WC, basin, bath and overhead shower.

* There is a barn available for additional storage which can be made available by separate arrangement *

The village has a friendly local pub serving good food.

I am happy to offer week day/term only and short term lettings.

I am a professional, work at home lady with 2 children at university and now have the space to offer accommodation on a short or long term basis.
