In the up and coming area of Hugglescote, lyes 2 brand new, fresh and modern double rooms to rent. Both of our rooms are fully furnished, with bedding, towels, wardrobes and a chest of draws. Mattress's and Beds are also provided.

The house is a large 4 double bedroom property that sits on the brand new Davidson's Development just off Grange Road. There is on road parking available if you did drive. It's a very quiet area in a lovely, polite and welcoming community.

There is 2 double rooms available both with a shared bathroom (me and my partner have our own ensuite) comprising of double ended bath, shower and own cubicle, toilet and sink.

Me and my partner do have a pet dog, his name is Thor, he is a 18 month old Husky and loves fuss and attention. so a liking for dogs is must!

We do have High Speed internet provided by BT that covers the entire property and also Sky Q TV. There is also a gardener (in the warmer months) and a cleaner who will clean your room and strip and change your bed, all within the price of your rent.

The House provides very good links to all the major cities and transport links, such as Birmingham in 35 minutes, Leicester in 20 minutes, Nottingham in 30 mins and you can be at the M1 in 5 minutes. As the Property has such good links you can also be at east midlands airport in under 15 minutes.
