Looking for a professional male tenant. I run my own design/print business and work from home the majority of the week.
I have a friendly 5 year old black Labrador called Betty so dog lovers a must.
The room is large and bright with windows both sides, a triple wardrobe, lots of drawer units and a double bed. You would have sole / full use of the main bathroom which consists of bath with shower over. I am sociable so happy to share the main living room, however there is a second snug with TV that can be used. Full access to the kitchen and garden is also included. There is off road parking for three cars.
As this is my home, I am looking for someone who is on a similar wavelength to me, can get on, socialise and live together comfortably. I am looking for the right person so will be selective.
