En-suite double in spacious house

Hi there,

I have a room to rent in the centre of Kirby Muxloe in a good sized, furnished double with en-suite and built in wardrobe. It's a 4 bed house with large open plan kitchen/living area, a separate lounge and a great garden for entertaining.

The property is 12 years old and very much a home so everything is in good condition and the en-suite is pretty much brand new after recently being redecorated.

The house is very close to the M1 and about a 10 minute drive into Leicester so great for commuting. There is a small supermarket, cafe and post office just on the other side of the road and some great nearby pubs and restaurants.

I either work from home or can be away for a couple of days at a time. When I am around I have gym/training sessions some evenings, catch up with friends locally or chill in front of the tv and I'm looking for someone who is happy sharing the space when they're around.
