One bedroom is within the house on top floor and we prefer to rent that out to female tenant. You can share the kitchen. You have a separate bathroom on the top floor. It’s 600£ for one person- including bills. If you are going to share with 2 people then £900.
We have another en-suite double room available to rent and it’s £900 for one / two persons- but it’s only room and bathroom only and all bills including. But you can use the downstairs garage ( single side) with extra 100£ for a month.
