I am looking to move out of this house as I am leaving Leicester Uni, the room is a large double room at the front of the house. There are 2 large reception rooms downstairs with the kitchen and the bathroom upstairs includes a bath.
You would be living with my current housemate, another UoL student whos a second year studying criminology! We currently do a bit of a mix of sticking to ourselves when we want some space and socialising both in the house and out and about Leicester.
The house is only about 10 minutes walk from Uni of Leicester and 40 minutes from the LRI hospital so really easy to get to either of these places. There are lots of shops nearby so also really easy to get your shopping / takeout.
The room is £115 a week excluding bills although we currently have a bills package at about £30 a week which you could either stick with or think about sorting between you and my old flatmate
