My flatmate has just decided to move out so I am looking for someone to take his place. The room will be free from September.

The house is part of the new Wheatsheaf works development so is only a couple of years old. It comes with a communal terrace and a private garden balcony which is great for summer.

You would have your own floor with your own bathroom and then the shared kitchen and living room on the middle floor.

The rent includes all bills EXCEPT council tax which you would need to pay if eligible.

A bit about me - I'm 27, currently doing medicine as a second degree because I love wasting money on education. In my time off I like to be active as much as possible so am generally out playing sports but also love cooking and experimenting with new dishes.

Although there is no parking in the undercroft car park, there is lots of spaces on the roads around which are free to use.
