I am a current tenant in this flat, but my degree finishes March 2020, and I will be moving away from Leicester for work. I am currently committed to this tenancy until 30th June 2020, so I’m looking for a student to take over the tenancy April-June.

- one bedroom with large desk, large wardrobe, two-seat sofa and under bed storage
- separate kitchen (not studio flat) with oven, inbuilt microwave oven, under counter fridge and freezer
- decent bathroom with toilet, sink, large waterfall shower and heated towel rail
- all white goods
Bills are included. TV is included (but TV licence must be obtained yourself).
There is an adjacent coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer shared with others in the building - £2 for a wash, £1 for a dry.
There is also a shared outside courtyard area.
I have paid for a parking space on the driveway which I will happily ask the letting agents to transfer over to you.
This will be you taking over my tenancy and there may be fees involved which I am very happy to discuss with the letting agents. They are aware that I am looking for somebody to take over, but this will not be subletting. It is likely that you’d be able to continue your tenancy into the next academic year - but they are now taking bookings for 2020/21 so this would need to happen quickly!
