£75/week, completely furnished, bills not included in rent but not too expensive and split between housemates (this includes gas, electricity, internet and water), a friendly and sociable household, all current tenants are University of Leicester students.

A 10 minute walk from University of Leicester, a 2 minute walk from London Road where there are 3 supermarkets and many pubs, bars and restaurants, a 5 minute walk from the centre of town and Leicester railway station, and a 3 minute walk from Victoria park.
