Looking for two students to replace past tenants who decided not to stay for the next year. Any considerations welcome, decent sized double rooms, however, if wanted there is a single at £10 a month less. Not fussed on the person as long as they are relatively clean and tidy and amicable to live with. If a couple looking they would have pay rent individually but can use the other room as a spare room if wanted.
