Double room available

Hello

I have a double room available to rent in a lovely house just off narborough road. It is a large, furnished room with plenty of storage. There is a shared kitchen, bathroom, dining and living room with a large garden to the rear of the property.

It is really close to all the shops and amenities on narborough road and there is a co-op and Iceland less than 5 minutes walk from the house. It is also walking distance from DMU and the LRI. There is also on street parking available.

I currently live in the house with my pet cat Florence (sorry you’ll have to like cats). The property would ideally suit a mature student, but the most important thing for me is that I really get on with the person I live with so I’m willing to wait.

A bit about me: I’m a medical student at the University of Leicester. I enjoy playing music and just about anything artsy. I’m very sociable and love nothing more than a trip to the pub on the weekends.
