I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. I have a Deluxe Studio flat at Code student accommodation on a tenancy of 48 weeks until 04/08/2020, with one quarterly instalment left to pay. The price includes electricity bills, at £130 p/week.
I have stayed here the past 2 years during my time at DMU, including the summer months, and it is a lovely place to stay!
Its a double bed en-suite studio that comes with a large wardrobe, desk, sofa, and it has a lovely view. It is a short walk from campus and multiple shops including a Tesco superstore.
I love it here, but I need to move as I am starting a job!
