Double Bedroom + Ensuite

We live in a lovely 6 bed house on Groby Road. A double bedroom with an en-suite situated in the attic is currently available. The room has plenty of character with attic storage and skylights.

The house has a lounge with sofas/armchairs and smart TV to stream netflix, amazon video etc. There is also a large kitchen where you would have your own cupboards to store your things. Plates, cutlery and pans etc are all communal so don't need to worry about your own stuff! Off the kitchen is a dining room area which looks out onto the garden. Garden is gravel/decking and has table and chairs, BBQ, Fire, a picnic table and a shed to store bikes in.

The bedroom available is has a double bed, desk and chest of drawers as well as it’s own stairway and en suite with a shower.

Ideally looking for a professional male in his 20s to keep the gender balance. Housemates have varied interests but all get along and socialise. Would be fantastic to find someone that would be keen to be part of the house group .We are a relatively active house with people interested in cycling, hockey, korfball, walking....but also quite enjoy takeaways and Netflix! We have people that work at the council, in the police, charity sector and NHS.

Landladies are friendly and approachable and generally sort any problems out quickly. We have a rota to keep on top of things during the week.

The house is situated 20 minutes walk to the city center shopping and night life, although grocery and takeaway shopping is less than 5 minutes walk away.

Access to road networks such as the M1 South and the A46 are less than 3 minutes drive away.
