About the house:
A bright double room furnished with double bed, double wardrobe and bedside table. It has an adjoining bathroom that you will have sole use of that has a bath, shower, toilet & sink. There is storage space in other parts of the house if you have more belongings.
Shared lounge, kitchen & dining area. The garden is great and gets the sun all afternoon in the summer!
Included in the rent: Gas & electric, water, council tax, TV license, internet, room for 1 car on driveway.
About the house mates: You will live with another female (27) who is lovely and enjoys socialising & keeping fit. She has her own double bedroom & bathroom. I am the landlord and spend approximately 1 night a month in the house in my own bedroom.
About the area: The house is located a 5 minute walk from Narborough train station and is close to fosse park, Carlton park (Santander) & Next office.
Ideal roommate: FEMALES ONLY. We are looking for someone who is happy to socialise sometimes with a glass of wine but we also know that personal space is important! Clean & tidy is a must. We look forward to meeting you!
