Tenancy takeover.
I am preferably looking for a student at either De Montfort University or Leicester University to take over my tenancy agreement.
There is parking at the accommodation, but it is right on campus and the city center is only a 10/15 minute walk away.
The en-suite room has a shower, toilet, bed, mattress, desk, chair, shelving and a wardrobe and there is a living area with a kitchen and cupboard space, and a good sized fridge and freezer.
There are also sofas and a chair in the living space.
People in the flat are really nice and good people, very easy to get along with.
