The most important part of a home share is the people sharing. We share a relaxed, friendly ambience, in a positive environment! Living here will feel like home from home.

Only females sharing main family bathroom.

Room has 3 large windows and lots of natural light.

Housemates can relax in their own room or grab a cuppa in a shared friendly space.. Occasional invites to outdoor adventures. Cycle, hike, run, even climbing. Alternatively feel free to chill out, use the home gym, watch TV, or relax with a good book. Lounge lizards welcome!

Typically professional housemates spends their waking hours, working, studying, exercising or relaxing. This usually means our shared spaces are underused. In fact on days off you will wonder if anyone else lives here! Basically, it's a quiet house.

The reality of professional shared living is that most of the time we're working or out having fun. Home is somewhere to relax, eat, sleep and occasionally soak up some sunshine!

This bedroom has the use of 2 toilets. However the 4 piece family bathroom is females only.

The 2nd downstairs toilet is available for all housemates and guests.

I am easy going, respectful and spend a lot of time away climbing.

Bedrooms have blackout curtains, adjustable blinds, storage, desks, fast WiFi, Double Bed, Study Desk, Fitted Wardrobe, Mirrors and all Bedding if requested in advance.

Ideally I seek a tidy, relaxed, mature housemate ideally aged 25 to 60. I sometimes offer deals for easy going, long term lodgers.

We have a private rear garden with a sunny aspect . I am adding a covered, cosy outdoor eating area with Barbie/Outdoor cooking and wind proofing for longer year round use.

Soon I will have an off grid camper van to simplify my own outdoor adventures. The camper van will be available to rent at a special housemates discount.

FITNESS: We have Yoga Mats, 8 in 1 gym system, TRX kit, stretchy bands, adjustable dumbbells.

We have a quick & effective cleaning rota, but mainly clean as we go.

The large kitchen is ideal if more than 2 people occasional cook at the same time.

We also have two 2 x ensuite bedrooms and a TV lounge. The existing ensuite bedrooms (currently rented), do not use the family bathroom. If someone moves out you can upgrade to en-suites! It is a no smoking house. But smokers can smoke outside, chairs and tables available.

KITCHEN
Large kitchen, extensive appliances, individual food storage, large fridge, freezer, water filter, Slow cooker, Double Sink, Microwave Cooker/Defroster, 4 gas hobs, 2 electric hobs. Large Instant Pot Pressure Cooker, brilliant for fast batch cooking.

Berkey Water Filter: This filters out pesticides, antibiotics, bacteria and viruses to a 99.99% level, even Glyphosate is reduced by 75%!

AREA
Larchmont Road is family orientated. Take a walk around it has a friendly and safe feel. I call it the Village in the City. It’s 1 mile from High Cross Shopping Centre. There are 3 Climbing walls, 4 Gyms, 3 with swimming pools, mostly within 1 mile from house. We are less than 1 mile from River walks, Canal & Abbey park, Leicester’s largest green space. Two main hospitals are approximately 1 mile away.

Bradgate country park and ancient forest walks are 4 miles away.
