I am a current UOL student who has a room available in 172A Victoria House situated adjacent to Victoria park, no more than a 5-10 min walk to Uni, for rent next year. I was meant to be living here with my flat mates originally but since I now have a placement I no longer require the room. All the other flat mates are friendly, and will help you feel right at home.

This room is an en-suite for £118pppw and will include all bills except electricity. Electricity is expected to be about £10 each a month (that’s how much the current tenants are paying). The rent is reduced to 50% during the summer months for 8 weeks therefore the contract is effectively for 48 weeks. The total cost of the room is £5664. The room comes with a glass desk a three door cupboard with plenty of storage and a modernised look throughout the entire house.

The communal area includes a big fridge freezer, a washer/dryer and all amenities expected in a kitchen as well as a 42” smart Tv in the living area with sofas to accompany. Broadband speeds are fast and have the ability to be hardwired from the router to your room using an Ethernet cable eg for a PlayStation or Xbox.
