Large ensuite room available in lovely big house near the city centre and train station. Located in a quiet conservation area, the house is also well located for shopping, universities and transport.

The room has a 4 poster bed and 2 large wardrobes. Other furniture can be removed if not needed or wanted as can art. The bathroom is a good size with a bath, shower, toilet, sink and lots of storage.

A single room is also available. Lovely and cosy with a bed, desk, chairs and cupboard. Chest of drawers to be added.

Communal areas include a very nice large shared living/dining room, gym equipment a conservatory and a pretty green garden.

The kitchen includes a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher, as well as a good size fridge and separate freezer.

All utilities are included and fibre optic broadband has been installed with a wifi expander so you have fast wifi wherever you are in the house. The downstairs TV has several streaming channels for your viewing pleasure or there are lots of books to choose from if you prefer to read.

Roommates include professional/post grad student who are sociable but also enjoy their own space too. Two cute friendly cats provide emotional support and fun!
