Quiet room, short term only, for mature Post-Grad student or weekday professional in friendly 4 bed Victorian family home of female University lecturer. Close to city centre. 1 - 2 months max .

Walking distance to University of Leicester, De Montfort University and Leicester Royal Infirmary, as well as to King Power, Tigers and cricket Stadiums. Travel links are excellent - several bus routes to the city centre stop nearby, Motorways M1 and M69, Meridian Business Park, Fosse park shopping centre and Leicester Airport are all easy to reach.

The house has high ceilings and lots of original features. The room is bright and warm, with a bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, shelves, desk chair, radiator and mirror. Towels and bed linen are also available, or you may prefer to use your own.

We are close to the supermarkets Aldi, Morrisons and Co-op and there is a useful local shop just 2 mins walk away. Aylestone Leisure Centre is also just a short walk away, for swimming, library and other activities.
Aylestone Meadows, is a beautiful nature reserve right behind the house which also offers a delightful greener route into the city centre via the Riverside walk by bicycle or on foot.

This is a quiet, clean and well-maintained family home. You are welcome to share the:
