There's an Aldi and post office all within a few minutes' walk, as well as other shops and restaurants. If you cross the park there's a Lidl and Tesco off Fosse Road North.

It's 15 mins by bike (30 mins walk) to the railway station. It's off the A50 with easy access to the M1. 15 mins walk to High Cross and St Margaret's bus station.

I'm a mature PhD student mostly working from home and happy to share either with a student or working person.
