We have a very spacious and light double bedroom available for rent in central Leicester. The room is furnished, has plenty of storage space, and a desk.

Our home features a dining room, living room, kitchen, large bathroom and a lovely little garden. It is in a great location in the Stoneygate area of Leicester; very close to Victoria park, with Queens road and the city centre close by. The University and train station are also less than a mile away.

We’re Sam and Amy, a young couple looking for a housemate (or two). Amy is studying graduate medicine at Leicester medical school and I work for a law firm in central London and commute daily. We are both quite active and we have a rowing machine and an exercise bike you are welcome to use.

The room is large enough for either an individual or a couple, with a small surcharge for a couple. Please give us call or message if you're interested.
