Its a terrace house in the Leicester West area, about 10 minutes walk from the city centre. The house has a new kitchen and wet room.

There is street parking available, as we are off a main road.

The rent includes;

Rent, Council Tax, Water Rates, Electricity, Gas, TV, Broadband and the use of amenities like Washer, Dryer etc.

There is also a nice garden, a good size for being so close to the city centre

The room is a double fully furnished at the back of the house overlooking the garden.

We also have a cat called Marlow, he's an old boy, he gives awesome cuddles.

I am happy to accept people who want a short term stay, say 2 - 6 months is fine

I would like to find a housemates who like socialise in the living room, gossip in the kitchen and generally live in the household rather than live in their room. I would like to live with people who are going to pull their weight with household chores, who like to live in a clean and tidy home.
