Double room available in a lovely and friendly house share, in a central location. The house is in an ideal location, close to both the City Centre in Leicester, as well as fantastic transport links.

The house is in close proximity to Abbey Park, which is one of Leicester's largest parks. This park has several species to view and makes for a fine summers day out. In addition, the Leicester Cathedral is not far away, along with the King Richard Burial site which is a hot tourist attraction.

The house is around one mile away from Highcross Shopping Centre which offers a range of dining and shopping options, and there is also a gym in close proximity for fitness fanatics.

The double room is a good size and tastefully furnished with a double wardrobe, large double bed, drawers and bedside tables.

This room comes with a communal bathroom. The shared kitchen has all the mod cons including a washing machine, fridge freezer, and cooker with overhead extractor.

Schools, local amenities are all in walking distance and regular bus routes towards City Centre. The UHL Hospital hopper stop is 100m away making it and residence for staff of the many hospitals around Leicester.

The rent is inclusive of council tax, high speed broadband, all utility bills and a weekly professional cleaner. A gardener will also be provided when necessary and the frequency will depend on the season.

If and when you want to end your tenancy all you need to do is give one month’s notice and your one months deposit will be returned.
