The house is in close proximity to the Leicester Royal Infirmary, and is approximately 15 mins away from both De Montfort University and the University of Leicester by foot.

Minutes away is Victoria Park, which often hosts various festivals and carnivals.

Leicester City Centre is a 20-30 minute walk from the house, but there are many bus routes that will take you straight there if walking isn't for you. Also close by is London Road, where you will be spoilt for choice for food!

The room is available in a house share where there are currently two male and two female tenants. The room includes:

There is a large shared bathroom and a communal area in the kitchen/diner. The house is equipped with super-fast broadband, so you can surf the web without speed constraints.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large gas cooker, a fridge/freezer, microwave oven, washing machine/dryer, and plenty of cupboard and storage space.

We prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 6 months tenancy. However, we will consider shorter lets.
