We have a room becoming free in our beautiful shared house on Aylestone Road.

We are looking for a young professional who is sociable but respectful, preferably female and looking for somewhere permenant. We like to spend the evenings chatting, drinking tea and baking so someone who enjoys this kind of homely environment would be well-suited.

The house is a beautiful listed period property which is spacious for 3 people, has a dining room, kitchen, lounge, one bathroom, with an extra WC and broadband/bills included (except TV licence). Parking is on street and only busy on match-days. We also have a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks and cleans communal spaces such as bathrooms, floors etc.

The spare room is located on the middle floor, it is fully furnished with a double bed, under-bed storage and chest of draws..

We are located a short distance from the M1/M69 (about 10 min drive) and 20 min walk into the city centre (close to both universities and the LRI).
