I have bright double room available in a modern 4 bed house in a quiet residential area of Harborough. 15 min walk to the station and to the town centre.
Along with me, there is one other lodger and 2 lazy lurchers. You would share the main bathroom with them and have have free use of the rest of the house, including the living room, kitchen/diner & all facilities including washer, drier, dishwasher, good sized garden, etc...There is off road parking and some garage space available if required. All bills are included, as is high speed broadband, so no need to worry about any other costs.
It's a happy relaxed & friendly household, quite into fitness and the outdoors. Not too fussed about age, sex, etc.. but would prefer someone who is generally happy, sociable with a good sense of humour.
