Shared Kitchen, but you will have a shelf in the fridge, a shelf in the freezer, two drawers and one large cupboard with 2 shelves.

No en suite per sey, but the downstairs toilet and shower room is for your exclusive use.

On street parking, and garage for additional storage or cycle storage.

The rent for the downstairs double bedroom is £400 per calendar month.
The non-refundable deposit to reserve the downstairs double bedroom is £120 and it is to be paid one month prior to the day you move in.

The bills for electricity, gas, water, broadband, TV licence and council tax are included in the rent.

Each bedroom has a door which can be locked both on the outside and on the inside for privacy.

There is no smoking within the house itself but I have no problem with people who want to smoke outside.
