The separate, fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, American fridge freezer and dishwasher and there is a separate dining room, perfect for group meals and entertaining guests. The house also boasts a communal office, two bathrooms and a huge garden.

This bright home is a 20 minute walk to Loughborough University, perfect for anyone unlucky enough to have 9am lectures, while a 13 minute walk takes you straight to Market Place where you’ll find all of your favourite shops and restaurants, shout out to the foodies out there. A quick 15 minute walk takes you to Firefly, but if clubs aren’t your thing then grab a bite to eat and a cold pint at The Griffin (15 minutes), a Loughborough fave.

Your local Tesco is 9 minutes away, so grabbing food whilst hungover is made slightly easier. Have a wander around Queen’s Park (10 minutes) or have a picnic with some friends, Park Road provides the perfect balance between the busy and the calm. Be sure to check this house out and be quick!
